 10 cups of water or more
 ½ large onion chopped
 610 stalks celery
 10 cloves of garlic chopped
 2 bay leaves
 1 tsp paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp basil
 1 tsp thyme
 Salt and pepper to taste

Bring water to a boil in a large soup pot or crock-pot.

Add vegetables and spices.

Slow cook for 2-4 hours.

Strain out vegetables and cool.

Use as a base for soups.
